Shipping and Returns
Shipping
- "In Stock" Products will be shipped out in 6 to 15 days depending on your shipping address.
- "Made-to-Order" and "Presale" Products will take 4-6 weeks for production and shipping
- All orders come with a tracking number sent to your email once the item has been shipped.
- Confirm your details before completing your transaction. Orders cannot be modified once placed. If a mistake was made, notify us immediately at Fracture@fracturestore.com
Returns
- All sale items are final sale. No returns or cancellations will be accepted through our website - email us if there is a specific problem you need to fix.
- We will fix any shipping error.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
